Check-in / check-out policies
Check-in at Riad Dar benslimane is from 3pm. Check-out is at 11am the latest. Would you have any request about early check-in or late check-out, please let us know in advance, we will try our best to satisfy your demand, depending on rooms occupancy.
Private (taking the whole Riad) Booking Policy
Minimum stay of 2 nights, 50% deposit upon booking for exclusive use of the Riad, with remaining balance due 31 days before arrival.
Room Cancellation Policy
Free Cancellation 15 days or more before arrival.
100% Charge for cancellations made 14 days or less before arrival.
Payment options
By booking through our booking engine, you will be asked to communicate a valid credit card as a guarantee. The validity of the card will be automatically checked but no amount will be charged as we do not take any deposit or prepayment before your stay.
you will pay on site at the riad during your stay (except for rental of the whole Riad on an exclusive basis, Please see below special policy for exclusive bookings).
We do accept payment by credit cards (visa and mastercard only) or by cash. Why?
Touristic taxes
€2.50 per night per person, not included in room rates.
Children policy
With the purpose to offer our guests the best experience of quietness & relaxation when staying at Riad Dar Dounia , no children below the age of 14 years old are allowed at the Riad. Children of 14years old and over are considered adults and have to stay in an available bed.
This does not apply in case of private bookings and renting the whole Riad on an exclusive basis: In such cases, there is no limitation regarding children’s ages.
Exchange rate
Our prices are based on a fixed exchange rate of 1 euro = 11 dirhams.
