At Ben Slimane, food is not just a ritual, it’s a quiet celebration. Our dishes are inspired by the richness of Moroccan tradition, the simplicity of seasonal produce, and the joy of sharing.
We draw from family recipes and market discoveries, letting flavors speak for themselves. Nothing is rushed. Nothing is overdone. Just generous, honest food — prepared with love and plated like a small work of art.
Morrocan Breakfast
Each breakfast is a soft beginning: freshly baked bread, local honey, ripe fruit, and eggs made just the way you like. Everything is homemade with care, served slowly, meant to be enjoyed under the morning light.
Dishes Collection
Mornings here begin slowly, with light streaming in and the scent of warm bread in the air.
Our breakfast is a gentle ritual — a table full of Moroccan breads and pancakes, served with jam, honey, and local cheese. Fresh fruit salad, buttery croissants, and pain aux raisins join the spread, alongside yogurt (plain or with fruit), granola, and eggs made just the way you like.
To drink: freshly squeezed orange juice, Moroccan mint tea, English tea, coffee, espresso, or a smooth American brew.
