Each space has been reimagined with sculptural furniture, custom lighting, and carefully selected art. Raw materials, timeworn walls, and a spirit drawn from Moroccan culture, the medina, the souk, the atmosphere, meet carved wood, ironwork, and contemporary shapes in unexpected color pairings. The result is an intimate, textured space alive with visual poetry.
The Style
Riad Dar Ben Slimane is the expression of two artists, Sibylle and Meriem, whose lives have been deeply shaped by Morocco. Their journey through the country—its colours, textures, and spirit—inspired every detail of the riad. Each room tells a story through carefully curated pieces sourced from artisans and artists across the Medina. From vintage treasures to contemporary works, the space unfolds like a living gallery: thoughtful, soulful, and rooted in place. This is not just decoration, but a conversation between art and home, between tradition and simplicity

At our riad, you’ll get to enjoy real Moroccan food, just like locals do. From traditional dishes like tanjia to homemade salads and sweets, everything is made with care and full of flavour.
Eating here isn’t just about the food — it’s part of the Moroccan experience. Meals are served in a relaxed, authentic setting, just like in a Marrakech home. Moroccan cuisine is known for its rich spices, slow cooking, and generous hospitality .
Morrocan Breakfast
The breakfast service begins at 8:30 during the summer months and at 9:00 during
the winter. If you are departing on an early excursion before then, please inform us the night before as if possible we will prepare a takeaway breakfast for you.
Breakfast may be served on the main terrace, on family salon or in the courtyard.

Evening meals
Evening meals are also available on request. Please check our menu . All meals are freshly prepared, please place your order before departing the Riad in the morning. A BBQ may also be arranged by request.
We may also be able to arrange for food delivery for you. Kindly note that delivery timing may be up to 1 hour or even more at busy times.
To drink: freshly squeezed orange juice, Moroccan mint tea, English tea, coffee, espresso, or a smooth American brew.
